**Shipping Policy**  
- We deliver to Cairo, Giza, Alexandria, and all major cities across Egypt.  
- Orders are processed within 48 hours.  
- Delivery usually takes 4–7business days.  
- Shipping fees are calculated at checkout depending on your location.

**Return Policy**  
- You may return products within 7 days of receiving them.  
- Items must be unused, unopened, and in original condition.  
- Opened beauty products cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.
